Vintage Costume Jewellery - Rhinestones, Diamantes and Paste

Whether called rhinestones, diamantes or paste, jewellery made with these sparkling stones has been popular for a long time. Usually clear, the stones match many outfits!

18th Century Faux Pearls - a mini history


Faux pearls were already being developed in the 18th century. Real pearls were extremely expensive and  exclusive to royalty and the rich.

Even so, many well to do ladies wore replicas of their real pearls, and kept their priceless pearls under lock and key.

Spring Fashion ‘16

Winter will soon be over and spring fashion will start quicker than you think. So why not plan ahead and start your spring wardrobe now!
